En Maríalabaja al igual que en 169 municipios del país se ha iniciado el proceso de construcción del Programa de Desarrollo con Enfoque Territorial (PDET), Pilar fundamental del acuerdo sobre Reforma Rural Integral firmado entre el gobierno y las FARC -EP

Teniendo en cuenta la importancia de este instrumento de planificación y de las importantes decisiones que se avecinan para Marialabaja y Montes de María, la Corporación Desarrollo Solidario se vincula de manera activa a este proceso a través de la publicación de este documento que contiene algunas propuestas y recomendaciones que hemos construido durante los últimos años en conjunto con organizaciones de mujeres, jóvenes, campesinas, Consejos Comunitarios y Cabildos indígenas; universidades y organizaciones del nivel regional y nacional. Son propuestas para el diálogo y la construcción de acuerdos territoriales.
